Since 1992, Waste Reduction Partners (WRP) has provided Western North Carolina clients with waste reduction assessments, energy efficiency surveys, and assistance to enhance environmental sustainability programs.  The program provides confidential, no-cost on-site assessments to industries, business, local governments, and institutions.

Since 2000, WRP engineers and scientist have helped over 600 clients save $17.6 million in utility costs while greatly enhancing environmental and energy management. programs.

Specialty services are available to any organization with a commitment to reducing waste and pursuing environmental excellence.

The members of the WRP team are distinguished retired and volunteer engineers, architects and scientists dedicated to serving the Western North Carolina community.  They have had careers in a variety of industries, including aerospace, architecture, chemical, electric utilities, and machining among others.  They have served in key positions in business operations, health and environmental management, plant and facilities, project management, research and many more.
